It was the perfect location to hop on a 7:15 am flight home. Front desk was friendly and helpful and accommodating with a couple of baseball teams staying in same hotel. Shuttle was right on time and great service.

Everything was wonderful except the check-in process, Had pre-paid for a corner suite and employee was argumentative about the reservation for about ten minutes. When I showed her proof from the Expedia reservation, she finally acquiesced without so much as a “thank you” or “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding.” Breakfast was great. A male staff was more than helpful with assisting with the room temperature controls. The front staff check-in lady needs to be dismissed for her arrogant and dismissive attitude.
