The Palmetto Hotel is lovely and the staff welcoming. Their attention to detail and extra touches made our stay extra pleasant. The location of the hotel is great too. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Charleston.

Noli went above and beyond on making my wife and I feel at home and help start our Wedding Anniversary weekend with such a great first time experience. The good: the hotel was nicely decorated and the signature cocktails are amazing. The bad: parking is ridiculously expensive and I swear there is 0 sound proofing in this hotel. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but it was good. Overall I did expect more from this hotel being high end and pricey.
