"Convenient for trips to and from the airport. They accept airline vouchers which fortunately I did not need but others in the lounge during my stay did. Shuttle services to and from the airport. The shuttle driver mentioned that they offered rides to and from a nearby Cracker Barrel. Likely very helpful to those using the paltry airline vouchers. If you aren’t limited to that voucher the hotel offering are worth the price."

"The rooms were clean but the hotel did not look nothing like the picture.The breakfast poor sele tion, staff he was not friendly,I stayed on the 1st floor o ky got about 2 hours of sleep. The person over was yelling g and stuff hitting the floor all night, the person next door to our room sat in the car blasting music late at night and early that morning. Did not like the location either. Will never stay there again!"

"Inside was modern and clean: nice outdoor area with fire pit; the breakfast had a lot of variety and healthy options. The room was large and had an efficiency kitchen which was great. If there was to be a negative I would say it was about two blocks out too far from where you wanted to be, but not a deal breaker."

"We were on the 4th floor in room 400. Literally the last room by the exit. Our room had an adjoining room door and an odd elevator hoistway door inside. Our stay was very noisy. It sounded like people were bowling above us. While was helpful except for Tina at the front desk. She was rude and had an attitude and seemed annoyed when asked for assistance with our card keys. Also, parking was such a hassle. Hotel says they validate not what they really mean is you park on the garage, they stamp your ticket and you pay the hotel. Nah. Why are we paying to park our car when we’re paying to stay at the property. We won’t stay here ever again."

"I went to a concert at the spectrum center. This hotel is right next door in walking distance. This is a perfect location. The hotel room was clean, staff friendly, there was a buffet style free breakfast and a bar. I had not utilize all the amenities on site such as the pool or gym but I was told about them. I would definitely visit again and recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is a gem in Charlotte, especially for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well designed. AC was a little loud and slight damage to the room that could’ve been better unkept but nothing that took away from the stay. They did have a sign with a strict linens replacement fee schedule and a sign about no locals allowed from within 50 miles for hotel “safety.” They have a cool downstairs area with a bunch of little games and a direct walkway to Fortune Wok which was absolutely delicious."
