"Positives: Great location only minutes from I-77. Older home but recently renovated and very clean. Very safe family neighborhood with walking trails and restaurants nearby. Easy parking with additional parking on the street. Plenty of room and beds for a large group to share. Negatives but not game changers: Only 1 shared bath downstairs. The upstairs second bath shower is open to the main room with only a screen for privacy. There is a high top table for dining with only 4 chairs available on...

"The main reason we came to this hotel is because of Letitia. (Sorry if I got the man wrong) but she was the BEST! Shuttle van came and picked us up right at 4:15pm. American Airlines is the worse. They are the reason weโ€™re stuck there. The room wasnโ€™t clean, our refrigerator still had food in it and pills on the counter. We were so exhausted we didnโ€™t care to say anything. Thanks again Letitia for your great customer service."

"55$ a night to park was horrendous and I worked all my adult life in NYC. Staff should be briefed on local events like the 10K race as everyone we asked had no idea what streets were being closed and how or even if it would impact our departure last Sunday. Other than those two things it was a great place and location and I would stay there again but I would plan to not park there. That fee is ridiculous."

"This hotel is attractive and sportless. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and there were nice seating areas in the room. Good quality and nice smelling bath products in the room. The lobby is huge with many places to sit. Easy parking. The pool was closed so we were unable to enjoy - maybe because we are a week past labor day and it is partially outside and partially inside. I was hoping that there would be free coffee in the lounge - it stops at 8am so I had coffee in the room but always dislike powdered creamers - some shelf stable liquid creamers are always welcomed.. Only other thing I notcied was no small kit with cotton balls, and a shower cap - those are nice too. Overall, very good stay - we would come back for sure."
