Overall the stay here was fine. It’s an older hotel, not in the best condition but it’s okay. The vending machine and laundry facility are great! So that was a definite plus. And the room was decent.

no coffee maker or coffee no shampoo no conditioner. 1 tiny bar of soap a studio apartment that has nor a single pot or pan; glass, cup, or bowl. what’s the point of having a cooktop, fridge; and microwave when there is nothing else there. I could have gotten a hotel room with a coffee maker and free breakfast for cheaper Overall, this was a terrible experience.

Luke was an amazing property manager. Towels were clean, room was clean. No problems at all. Would recommend anyone to stay temporarily or for extended stays as well. 9/10

Staff was friendly and helpful, the smoke detector in the room was chirping, the sheet rock on the walls had been patch but not painted. Overall the room was in poor condition

I liked the staff. The property was abused during COVID, I understand. The room was nice enough, dispite wear and tear. It has the feel subsidized housing, as a result, I felt I was safer in my room. Better lighting might help? There is a refundable deposit when you check in. 🙂 That could help.

When we first checked in he gave us 219 that room was nasty wasn’t cleaned no sheets on the bed water pizza boxes everywhere then he gave us 303 it was okay but I don’t know it hurt my feelings I am pregnant

The property is not well maintained. It looked dirty, and I found lots of hair on the bathroom sink countertop. The hotel does not have bottled water neither to give their customer for free nor to buy. The walls are paper thin, and I could hear all noises around throughout the night. My room was on the first floor, close to the reception desk, and the entire night the reception desk was operating, receiving calls, talking, cleaning - no sleep for me for the night.

Thankful there only 5 hours

This was a choice because I got stuck at the airport and did not want to be a woman alone overnight in the airport. I may have felt safer at the airport. The room had construction dust on the floor from the lobby, there was no trash can in the room, the bedspread was stained, wondered if sheets were clean, the kitchen area was in desperate need of renovation, and it was a first floor with window locks that did not feel secure. Was told airport shuttle was full, then okay to use. Person at reception desk said, “I have no idea what the condition of this room is, good luck.” Poor customer service. At least I had a hot shower before my early morning flight.

Nice and spacious room, but dust all over the furniture and kitchen extractor didn't have the carbon filter. All clothes and room impregnated with odors of what you were cooking. If they address this issues its a great place to stay. Also when booking through expedia it didnt say that there was no cooking hardware nor drinkin glasses and utensils.

Just a regular motel

No bells and whistles here. My bed was broken, the hey don’t have a coffee maker or an iron like most hotels offer. Parking was always full.

NO HOT WATER!!!!!

During my stay, I booked a queen suite for my birthday and had to be switched from room 107 due to someone already in the room. So the kind lady at the front switched me to room 117 that room there was no hot water, again I was then changed to room 227 where again no HOT WATER!!! This was very inconvenient due to I was late for my birthday dinner due to being changed to different rooms and then having to have a cold shower in each room because of no hot water is ridiculous.
