We prepaid for the hotel room through Expedia three weeks before arrival. Got to the hotel at 11pm and was told they gave our room away and had no other rooms available. Sent us to a different Hampton further away and of poorer quality.

From check-in to check-out everyone made their best effort to make us feel comfortable & welcome. Isaiah & the others at the front desk were exceptional in addressing every need that we had. Very Clean and Comfy

Hotel was immaculately clean! Very comfortable and quiet. Hot breakfast was very good! The staff was super nice. One of my best traveling experiences of late. Would definitely recommend - although it was not as near to the amphitheater as I thought (that was my error).
