I requested a room change when I was assigned to the first floor. The woman at the front desk stated that they were full, but I had to be one of the first people there, and she refused to give me an upper-level room. The first room assigned to us had a dead bug, and the room smelled moldy. After we returned from our outing, we requested another room from another staff member, and amazingly she was able to find us a new room. The new room the next day gave us another bug, and the original staff member only provided us with 5000 extra points. That wasn't very helpful. On the third day, no housekeeping, and that night another bug visited us! Breakfast wasn't much better. As it was a long weekend and pretty much booked, the staff couldn't accommodate the number of guests, and food was gone pretty quickly. This is hospitality 101! The positive comment is that the place was close to the highway, restaurants, and downtown.

Breakfast and breakfast attendant were wonderful. Front desk at check in(late evening) wasn't super friendly but the morning gentleman was very pleasant. Room was much smaller than usual two queen suites we usually get but overall good. Greta location, clean and breakfast was very clean and delicious with friendly staff
