I give it a 1 star rating. It’s promoted as a hotel but to me it’s an Airbnb hotel. Limited hours for staffing, meaning the staff is not there to accommodate the guests 24 hours. I asked the man at the desk for a water. I understand that waters are 4 sale and complimentary to gold members only-so he explained and I could purchase a water for $4.00. I didn’t want to do that and he didn’t bother to let me know that there’s a water dispenser in the breakfast area.
