Thank for your great feedback. Every day we are very busy and we try our best to take care of every guest. We need to arrange our time for very efficient to do daily tasks. Before you check in , we have prepared everything for you even turn on the A/C and TV. Maybe you need to find a restaurant, but you know, here’s the center of downtown, so many restaurants are around here! Just you walk outside and you find everything around you! If you check in later, maybe we are really not here because after we finish all of job in hotel and we need to go shopping for prepare breakfast for tomorrow morning. This is why you can enjoy so fresh fruits every morning! Our building is over one hundred years old, since we run here, we always keep on updating here and we make our building stronger and more beautiful than before.This year for our guests have a good sleep, we changed new bed and new mattress and new duvet and new duvet cover! New duvet cover is from Van Gogh’s museum and new duvet is top SIMBA brand, it’s made of new technology and special designed for A/C. They are so expensive and so comfortable. In fact everything touched by guests is high quality and new. They are better quality than most hotels。They are top! We really don’t know what depend on you said our hotel’s 3 star !Our job is very efficient and we are very responsible for our guests. We are great! We hope our guests are great too and we hope when they observe something ,not only with eyes but also with hearts.

Thank you for understanding us. We always keep on updating our hotel every year since we run here .So almost every thing touched by guests is high quality even towels . We hope our guests can relax fully here and stay here like at home.But we know “clean ”is the most important for guests, especially for new guests check in. So when guests checked out, we clean room very strictly . First step we need to open windows and doors ,at the same time turn on the fan. So we can make sure the air is fresh when next guests check in. Second step we clean and disinfect all of surfaces of furniture. When we finish housekeeping, we almost have removed all traces of previous guests included air breathed from previous guests. But if we do daily clean, we can’t open windows and door for protecting privacy of guests. So the staff need to take risks due to she had to breath the air from the guests , at the same time she also left behind her own breath 。We feel it is not good . Because we want our guests to be healthy and happy on their new journey and want our staffs to be healthy and happy working here. So we avoid to do daily cleaning. I hope our guests will maintain good hygiene during their stay。 Very happy and very easy like at home. Welcome back anytime, thank you again!
