"5 Star luxury from start to finish. Beautiful location and parking was so easy. The property itself must of just had a refurbishment as the room was fantastic. Fellow guests were welcoming especially when chatting at the front of the building. Local people actually visit the front of the hotel and chat to guests. Didn’t make it to the pool however the bath in the room was the size of a swimming pool."
"I have stayed here a few times the facilities are good the menu doesn't set the world alight but its ok, breakfast is fairly basic, the coffee needs more coffee and the staff need to interact with the guests more - no eye contact no good mornings as they pass the service is perfunctory, the spa gym team were friendly and chatty but the bar and restaurant staff definitely need some customer service refreshers."
"Clean room but could have included a refrigerator as a standard. Hotel was a good choice for a family of 3 with 1 toddler however if you are planning to stay over the weekend, the front facing rooms of hotel can be too noisy on Friday night up to 1 or 2 am due to pub people having a blast just outside the hotel.
Breakfast was fine however not a huge variety to pick from.
Overall a good experience and would stay again (non front facing room haha)"
"A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, overlooking the golf course. There's an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Clean rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. (Just one gripe; there was only one biscuit provided... in a room for two? We stayed for two nights and on both days only one biscuit was provided...strange, but true). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."
