"Staff were great and helpful, room cleanliness was extremely substandard. Ensuite bathroom felt like a public toilet. Carpets felt grimy. Bedding had blood and large yellow stains. “Shared living space” is two chairs and a coffee table in a hallway. Hallway smelt like smoke. Booked for two nights and ended up leaving after the first. ‘The Mill hotel’ is only a 5 minute drive away and around the same price, absolutely a steal for the price. If you’re wanting to stay in that area I highly suggest...

"I don't know why this hotel gets so many bad reviews. It's not the Hilton, but it definitely lives up to it's rating. Subject to rates, I will definitely stay again."
