Very easy walk into town, nice reserved parking spot behind hotel, and multiple restaurants, bars, and shops a short walk away. Would definitely stay again!"

"Magical hotel in the countryside of Beaune France. This unique property is outstanding. Tucked up on a hill in the vineyards. Our room was a charming suite that was perfect for my daughter to stay with my wife.. "
"The hotel itself is an old French chateau and has the wow factor. The room we stayed in was also lovely.
However, it isn’t without its problems. For us, we had booked a family room with 3 beds but the room we got only had 2 beds. When i raised this with the staff, there was no attempt at an explanation they just said all the other rooms were occupied. It wasnt the best customer service I’ve received.
There were also a number of smaller things that add up to give the impression of a hotel that isn’t particularly well run. Shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. Complimentary bottle of water with a bottle cap but no opener. Plug sockets that don’t work. Duvets untidily slung into the bottom of the wardrobe. Coffee machine located nowhere near a working plug socket.
Essentially, when you get past the fantastic exterior, it’s just an average hotel. Possibly below average."
