"This is one of the most beautiful spots I have EVER stayed. Frederic and Raphael were INCREDIBLE hosts. We loved every moment of our time there and will be back in the future. "They have pictures of nice and clean beautiful rooms in the website but this is not true. The room smelled and it had little bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has mold and it was very warm. The towels had stains. I would not recommend this unless your on a very low budget. "

"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by. Kitchen is a little sparse for a major...

"It was okay. Easy to find and park. Nothing special, just an ibis hotel. "

"Booked and paid in JANUARY. Arrived 16:00 (check-in allegedly from 14:00). Place was locked; could not make anyone hear us. Waited 30 minutes before finding another hotel. Had also booked dinner but the sign outside said the restaurant was closed on Tuesday (the day of our stay). Contacted hotels.com to request full refund - this was apparently refused by the hotel (though hotels.com personnel said they couldn’t really communicate with hotel very well as the staff there only spoke French. Er… it’s a French hotel!!!). Eventually given £25 in award points - well under half what we had paid five months earlier! VERY unhappy with the whole situation!"
