Our suite was dirty with unclean glasses in the dishwasher, smudges and fingerprints on bathroom mirrors and on nightstands. There was a slow leak from our toilet which was annoying. Location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby. You can actually walk to a hamburger restaurant and also a Japanese restaurant from the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the reasons we chose it was that it allows pets, which was very convenient for us. Check-in took a little longer than expected because the front desk computer was not working properly at first. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and got everything sorted out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

The rose was very clean. And the lady that cleaned our room Friday did a outstanding job. The staff was friendly. The breakfast seemed like it wasn't fresh it did not have no appealing to it. I did not eat it. Air conditioner work good.

Pros:• Large, spacious two-bedroom, two-bath suite• Breakfast was surprisingly very good with a nice variety of options• All of the staff members we encountered were very kind and friendly• Convenient location near major shopping• Free parking• Very affordable for the amount of space provided Cons: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was a major concern. The walls throughout the hallways and inside the elevator appeared as though they had not been wiped down in a very long time. We were initially assigned Room 319, and unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was hair throughout the room, the carpet was visibly dirty, and there were clothing tags left on the floor from a previous guest. The tabletops had not been properly cleaned, and the exterior of the appliances was particularly dirty and appeared to have not been wiped down in quite some time. We requested a room change and were moved to Room 209, which was noticeably cleaner and much more comfortable. However, there were still a couple of issues. The bathtub in one of the bathrooms had a loud, continuous drip, which was especially noticeable at night. The furniture was also extremely worn and could use replacement or refurbishment. In particular, the couch was so worn and dirty that I would not feel comfortable sitting on it! the cleanliness and condition of the property need significant attention. With better housekeeping and some updates to the furniture and common areas, this could be a much better hotel
