Spacious room, larger than most hotel rooms. The hotel is basically new and three staff was super friendly. Brought our doggie with us no problem. Walkable to many restaurants. Breakfast was great. If we ever return to Chattanooga we'll definitely stay here!

Excellent, updated, and clean downtown stay! Beware that there is an $18 daily charge for parking. I suppose that can be expected at any hotel that is in a metro downtown area, but the parking fee is never mentioned anywhere on Expedia. I suppose that there are free parking options, if you don't mind parking off-site and walking a few blocks. As you can imagine, though, these get filled quickly. The breakfast options are only standard for a hotel in this price range.

I loved the location and the staff was quite nice. Breakfast was good. Everything seemed clean and newer. My only complaint is my room smelled strongly of dog. Particularly the bed. Very strong lingering dog smell. And trust me, I love a dog friendly hotel. That’s a wonderful amenity. But the room smell was too much.

Hotel was very nice and clean. I didn’t like having to pay for parking ($20). Parking should be free for guests. Great continental breakfast. Great location downtown and within walking distance of various restaurants and the Convention Center. Front desk was ok. I noticed they’d put a sign up that they were away , but I’d hear laughing and cackling from a back room. Meanwhile, there’s 5 people waiting at the desk. Otherwise, it was a fine hotel.
