The suite was roomy and well appointed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Having a washer and dryer available was very useful, especially with the options to pay with cash, coin or phone. The hotel was laid out well and the breakfast was better than most.

This only issue we had with the TownePlace suites was that you could hear every foot step the people above you made. You could also hear each time the toilet was flushed by the room above us or next to us. The room was very loud which equated to several nights of bad sleep on the trip. Other than that, the other parts of the property and staff itself were great.

We stopped in Cleveland Tennessee for the evening on our way to Blairsville Georgia. We had reserved a room from home on the previous day. The price was the best around, and the location was right off of I-75 that we were traveling on. The hotel was easy to find, we parked right outside the front door and our room was on the first floor just down from the main desk. We found a restaurant to our liking 7 minutes away and were then back and set for the night. We had a great experience and will stay again when we are in the area.
