"This place was absolutely amazing. Our little bungalow was steps away from the beach next to the tilted palm tree next to the ocean. We came at the end of October and it was low season so very few people were around. It made for a very relaxing stay. The pool was great, it was gigantic and an infinity pool that looked out over the ocean. Very relaxing to swim there at night. There are two or three different restaurants at the entrance to the hotel as well as a 7-Eleven. In case you needed to grab anything. The location is kind of far away from nightlife if that's what you're looking for. The beach made up for it though, it was beautiful and warm. Sunrises were amazing. The only downfall to this hotel is the lack of lighting on the pathways. It didn't feel like it was lighted enough with all the steps that are involved. This place is built along a hillside and you will be going up and down a hill to go anywhere. My wife liked it so much she wants to plan our kids future wedding there!"

"We had a great family holiday at Sheraton. Staff were lovely, food was good. My only concern was that there were so many stairs, so would not recommend if you have knee issues. Other than that was great. "

"Very modern and well decorated venue . The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly with a relaxed attitude as the day we needed to check out we could use the facilities and towels for the day. We had a lovely cooked Thai evening meal when we arrived . There were a couple of places nearby to eat and there was a ten minute walk to the beach by walking over the road . We liked the location and would revisit again in the future "

"The beach is beautiful but beware of booking a “beachside bungalow”. They’re not all exactly on the front row of the beach. Ours was a bit further back. Only like 10 seconds walk but we couldn’t really see the sea. Try to book/ask for front row beachside. It’s quite a basic hotel… but authentic Thai style. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a short taxi to Chaweng. "

"Lovely quiet resort, that gave you a workout the paths are quite steep, but always a man in a golfcart eager to give you a ride to the top. If you want a ride into town you have to book for the free shuttle the day before. We missed out on this because we were only here for 2 days. They dont seem to have footpaths into town so a bit unsafe."
