It is very unsafe as the plug does not stay in outlet and when you try to plug it in sparks fly out of outlet. "

"Clean room, unprofessional staff, waiting 2 hrs on extra pillows and blankets, had to make 2 trips back and forth down stairs to get help, room phone didn’t work. Breakfast is 13.95 a person and is absolutely terrible. I’ve had way better breakfast for free at other places. I understand if you have to charge for breakfast to not lose money but at least make the breakfast good and flavorful. "
