"Basic room with a nice ensuite. Did what it said on the tin. Staff helpful and pleasant. Only quibble was that I didn't seem to be able to get a VAT invoice for meals (just a credit card printout)."

"Very convenient hotel nearby the Stansted airport. The basic rooms are very basic, mine was lacking the shampoo and hand lotion and the wardrobe's door were broken. The bed was super comfortable and the curtains perfectly blocked out the outside world. The room was super clean and the fridge ready to store your own stuff. All in all, great spot to stay the night before an early flight from Stansted."

"The property is well kept and convenient. I have stayed here since it was built. The only problem I have is the cost of having a car on the property. I think 10.50 pounds per night is an exorbitant fee."

"Mixed feelings. The room itself was fine, the experience not so great. I had chosen this hotel in part because it was a good location and had an EV charger. The EV charger was not working and the experience in reporting and trying to get resolved was infuriating. I had to go elsewhere and charge. The EV alone I probably would have overlooked, particularly as it involved a third party. However, upon check out the hotel attempted to charge me for a dinner that I hadn’t ordered or had! Ironically I had eaten elsewhere whilst waiting for my car to charge. Again, mistakes can happen, but the receptionist was at first insistent that as that’s what her computer said, I had to pay it! Eventually sorted, but took way too long, making me late for an meeting, and did not appreciate the accusatory manner. So an okay stay bookended by two poor and frustrating experiences."
