"Excellent reception experience. The young lady was so very helpful and caring. I am 75 and she was so patient. The only downside is £1.90 for soda water. Most pubs charge 0 or a nominal amount. I lived in Chelmsford for years and moved away 4 years ago in that time it has become overcrowded there is no infrastructure and the lovely town I knew has no personality

Stayed at this property to go to the Lets Rock Festival in Hylands Park. This meant a bus to city centre and another to Hylands Park.
