"I was only checked in for a few hours to make an early morning flight. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The regular shuttle bus was perfect for my needs and made it easy to make it to my early morning flight "
"Conveniently situated next to the airport. Nice surprise was the included buffet breakfast. My partner is celiac so the gluten free bread and dedicated toaster was a welcome bonus.

Comfy beds, clean room, decent toilet rolls, dove body wash & a great cooked breakfast. WiFi a bit sketchy & carpet in corridors has seen better days. That said didn’t put us of at all, would recommend & would definitely stay again."
"This hotel is great, and a perfect place for travelers arriving to London late or departing early. As airport hotels go, it’s among the best I’ve stayed at. My only wish is that they improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. It’s not terrible, but if you stay there you’re captive to the dining choices, and I have to believe they can be much better. The bar is great, however."
