"An ancient pub with fantastic bedrooms. Easy parking, excellent range of beers in the bar, great staff, clean and well looked after room. No restaurant at the pub but a fantastic breakfast basket in the room. Really nice place. Thoroughly recommended"

"Rooms are basic but clean. All linen provided (towels/sheets etc) clean. Room had recently been redecorated. Furniture could do with updating. Tea/coffee/biscuits provided. Tv with all channels. Loads of free parking. Staff helpful. It’s not luxury but you get what you pay for. We wanted convenience to be close to family and it was fit for purpose. "

"Manager was very friendly and room clean and very spacious. Unfortunately, there was water by the toilet pan as it was leeking . This could be a really nice hotel witb a bit of TLC . Was really good price also. "
