"Such a great hotel- nice customer service, terrific restaurant, and clean rooms. Staff was terrific! Valet was a litttle crazy and lengthy wait length but it was under construction & large event."

"I love returning here—two blocks from Suburban Station, so an easy 30 min from PHL. This time I left my toiletry bag in the room. Reported the loss and within two days Housekeeping replied they had it. On my way back through the city I was able to pick it up. CQ is also only a 20-min walk from 30th St Station, and is surrounded by good restaurants and shops including Blue Mercury. Convenient and surprisingly quiet for an inner-city hotel."

"Great location. Could walk all around center city. Shower in the room wouldn’t turn off properly and kept dripping. There were also holes in the upper wall in the room. I had two rooms. The other room also had issues with the shower but no holes in the wall."
