"This is an excellent hotel. I travel a lot with a cat and I often get put in a “dog” room. I can tell by the strong smell of fragrance they use to treat the air. It seems to be an industry standard. I recommend they try something more natural. This stuff is a turn off. "

"Very nice room for what we paid. Staff was courteous. Breakfast bar was stocked well. Clean pool. Room was well maintained. Only real complaint was the very low water pressure in the shower. "

"This is a wonderful resort. The staff are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and are well supplied with the necessities. The water park is safe and clean. Lots of lifeguards. The snack bar inside the water park itself, is awesome. Johann and Emma helped us out tremendously. This was our second visit and will serve returning. "

"Hotel was great! There were 3 of us, so picked the loft room with kitchenette. Each had their own space. Great location with lake, restaurants and shopping so close. "
