"My first impression is that it was a very nice hotel until we got to the room, upon entering, it seemed to be nice. Are we gathered our things to get into the shower pull back the curtain and there was hair all in the shower hair on the walls the sink in the restroom look like someone had brushed their teeth and just spit, and no one bothered to clean it out and hair all over the floor in the restroom. It was gross but prior to us going in to take a shower, we tried to turn on the television. The TV did not work so I called the front desk. The young lady at the front desk gave me two numbers to contact for me to get in contact with someone to help me troubleshoot to fix the television which was very frustrating as a guest coming from out of town, we were tired and that’s the last thing you want to do is walk into a room and the TV doesn’t work and it’s filthy. I’ve stayed at plenty of Marriott locations. It was very disappointed for this to be my first time staying here at this location. My expectations was higher because it looks from the outside to be a very nice hotel.. we were moved across the hall to a different room. The TV was probably about a 60 inch compared to the 32 inch in the room that they moved us from it did work, but the only complaint in this room is that there were nets in the room? I don’t know why I don’t know where they came from but it was pretty gross alongside the air conditioner kept going off as if something were wrong with it not the regular cycle."

"When we arrived they were unsure on what room to give me even though it had been booked in advance. Apparently they had several rooms booked with multiple workers that were cooking in front of the rooms. There was a lot of debris and noise with a lot of traffic going in and out. Water pressure in the rooms made it very hard to get a shower."
