I am extremely disappointed with this property. Had a stay for 3 nights and was a nightmare. Out of a laundry list of concerns . Three major concerns 1. The rooms are tiny and have no kind beds. The information is incorrect. 2. There was no Hot water for shower 3. Bathrooms were awful and dirty. Previous guests hair all around in bathroom. 4. Housekeeping didn’t not clean the rooms on time major safety and hygiene concern. The property Operations manager Naveen and Suresh acknowledged the issues but never bothered to circle back. Any feedback suggestion was neglected. Highly recommend to not stay here.

Can’t complain. Every working personal there greeted with such humility and great smiles. Prompt responses and AMAZING food and and the sambhar was FIRE! Whole heartedly recommend this gem.

Worst experience, staff is not so polite. They told us to park the car outside the property both the days. Wash basin was not working. Light is not working and took service does not respond. Poor customer experience

Extremely responsive & courteous staff... good selection of menu items for all meals.. clean, comfortable rooms with the typical amenities like hair dryer, iron/ironing board, soaps, shampoo, towels, etc. The best part - amazing value for money!

Amazing service
Very friendly staff. Buffet Breakfast is 5/5 though its a south india spread. Lot of hot items straight from the kitchen. Also the staff on the floor was taking care of everything with such passion. Room service was also very prompt.

VERY GOOD HOTEL, EXCELLENT SERVICE
Property and staff is excellent. Whole hotel is no smoking which may some smokers may find problematic. No bar license too but its expected soon, as hotel staff informed. However, excellent place to stay with excellent hospitality.

Wonderful experience, We appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, Kitechen & behaviour of the kitchen staff especially.Food quality was excellant. All other room amenities found very very good. One can think twice to stay here.

It was an excellent stay. Daven and all the staffs were helpful and cooperative. It would have been great if there were a spa. Pillow is somewhat stinky.
