Very good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Expedia/Hotels.com messed up by booking me on a Free Breakfast room, but had sent the info wrong to the hotel. When I landed after a frustrating flight and the reception told me I don't have breakfast included, I was super frustrated and even a little stern in my response to the staff. But, they helped me fix the same. Most of my stay was seamless. Breakfast and room service including food and housekeeping was excellent. Was worth the price.

Hotel room was very clean. I had visited with family. Pool facing room. I had come on short leave from London. So my family and our pet stayed for 2 nights during Christmas. On arrival due Covid 19 need to fill couple of forms as per government requirement, otherwise all excellent. Name it room service or housekeeping, front office. All staff were very friendly.

The right choice for the area
Very smart and clean hotel. Room was large and kept immaculate. Pleanty if bottled water supplied to the room, with additional drinks in the mini bar. Nice and welcome pool area in the heat if Chennai. Main restaurant had a great choice of Indian and international food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I stuck to Indian and it was all very good. The Chinese restaurant did a great set menu with generous portions, but a good selection a'la carte if you don't need the full banquet. Service can be a little slow in both at any meal, but we did usually have a group of 6-8 people. Friendly bar staff with more food choices in the bar. It's on a busy road so traffic can be heard from the room sometimes but it's not intrusive. Was there for 10 nights and enjoyed the whole stay. Will be back if working in the vicinity again.

Service from the heart
Superb service from the team; always smiling. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Site team gave their attention to the hotel guests. Room was abit dated; covers was a bit scratchy; just a bit of update will definitely bring it up a notch!
