"The hotel was very nice. The room was very clean. the staff was very friendly. However, the exercise facility needs a major upgrade. There is a gross lack of quality equipment. In short, the gym needs a full assessment and a total makeover. Other than the gym, the Jaslin Hotel is a great place to stay. "
Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
10/10 Excellent
"To start this hotel is extraordinary, the location is key if you want to explore Chicago. There is a Starbucks conveniently located outside and the grocery store across the street as well as multiple restaurants down the block. I would definitely rebook and consider this hotel as my first pick any other trip to Chicago. Personally I love pool activities and it seems dislocation many of the guests go out and so the pool is pretty private if you say so."
"This property is stunning! Glad we stayed at Palmer House. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable and staff was pleasant.
Location is amazing with ample access to food, shopping, and landmarks. Will try to stay here again on my next visit to Chicago! "
