The staff and room were excellent. No bartender one night at the bar but it was otherwise a great experience. All common areas were clean. The ambiance was lovely.
My friend and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were artsy and clean, and the staff was amazing, particularly Annie (front desk) and Sam (cafe). We didn’t try the breakfast, but everything looked appealing and fresh. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the Michigan Ave attractions, but I prefer it since the area is less noisy, especially at night! Overall great stay, I will definitely be back.
The hotel is very nice, as far as location, just plan your movements accordingly. My wife and I couldn't get around like we wanted to because we are both disabled with back and knee problems, so getting around was hard for us.
We have stayed twice now and both times the room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The staff was helpful and eager to give any information and/or recommendations about the area. The only drawback was that there wasn’t room service and the restaurants on site were pricey.
The decor of the hotel was stunny. The breakfest menu was excellent, and the cooks did their jobs well. Dinner was a bit underwhelming. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Check in/out was easy. The hotel bar offered good drinks/small bites. Room was cozy and clean.
The rooms are very nice with a clean upscale feel. Food options for breakfast I found abundant and very delicious. The rooftop restaurant that is accessible via hotel elevator was a great bonus.
The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff, particularly a lady at the front desk, seemed reluctant to provide information or assist properly. uninterested and unhelpful, giving off a rude attitude. In contrast the gentleman working in the restaurant was very welcoming and far more helpful. Another downside was the parking: self-parking costs $75 per night, even with unlimited in-and-out access.
Clean room: Rooms were well-kept and tidy.
