The hotel is well appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful and the lounge has decent food. There's a small market and a pantry if you opt to pay for it. This is a big draw if you need to be in and out. The one thing I really take exception to is the cost to park. If people use the lot to store their car during travel then charging is appropriate. I think that $25 per day for guests staying is exhorbitant. ESPECIALLY, if you are a Bonvoy member. I will have to rethink staying there again, which is a shame because it really is a great hotel. I am in the area often to visit family and there are many choices. "
