"We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town."

"Our room was clean and there were no issues. Grandsons had a ball at the waterpark, which was well staffed and well maintained. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of options and staff kept it well stocked. We were satisfied with it. Staff was great and the property was well maintained. If you want a resort experience, you can pay triple the amount and go to Kalahari or Great Wolf, and pay for breakfast. If you want a nice stay and a nice waterpark without breaking the bank, this is your place."

"This facility is really a motel format with doors to the outside. Amenities are pretty basic, and the outside stairways could use some attention, but the room itself was very, very clean, which was the most important thing to us. The housekeeping staff here obviously does a great job. The A/C unit worked very well but was a bit noisy. All in all, this place was a very good deal."
