Clean room, could use a little love based on being a high end chain hotel. Location was convenient to shopping and food. There is NOT an airport shuttle as offered on Expedia. UBER available, but you can’t schedule the night before. Overall good place to crash before a flight.

Khaban Bacalar Hotel Boutique
We had a great time here. We enjoyed the wonderful, made-to-order breakfast each morning with great views. We took the kayaks out on the water. The pool was cool and refreshing. Our room had great a/c and a comfortable bed.
