The location was excellent! The personal from the building , travel agency were amazing. How ever it is super basic. We even had to ask for a kitchen towel to dry the dishes. Our initial room was great, but had a few damages. We reported it and they insisted to change our room, so we did, the bedroom in the new room was super small. We both had to get on the bed through the same side as there was no space on one side. Other than that it was good. Lived the location

Good location. Easy and quick access to night market. Its self-service apparent.15-20min walking distance to old town. Our room A12A28 needs some TLC. I would stay there again.

Excellent quality apartment, spacious, clean, everything worked including good WiFi. Only slight negatives were the limited kitchen equipment and not enough sunbeds around the pool. Other than that, all good

Lovely apartments. Rooftop pool and gym amazing views. Close to city centre and walk to everywhere including old city (or 5minutes tuktuk). Clean and spacious. Management friendly and supportive with a late check out.

Great property, good gym and pool with great views of Chiang Mai. Didn’t get house keeping despite staying over 3 days, memory foam pillows had a strong smell, and shower was great but drain needs unblocking. I think the sofa and chairs fabric needs to be cleaned. An iron and ironing board would have been ideal. The whole check-in and entrance process was incredibly easy, send them a message and they’re happy to help. I’m very grateful for being able to stay here and would still recommend anyone who wants a nice, quiet place, so close to excellent street markets and places to the main city.

Ok place to stay in city, beware of bad bed

Ok location, clean room. Good instructions for check-in and check-out. No service / reception. The flat is clean, the common areas so so. The big bed is ok, but the smaller bed is the worst we have ever seen. Maybe start with buying a topper for the bed so that the person sleeping in the bed does not need to sleep straight on the springs.

This is not a hotel. There are signs that say it’s not a hotel and not for temporary stays. There was a weird smell in the room and a dirty towel when we first arrived. There was even a big mushroom growing out of the wall.

The space was ok. Sufficient for 3 people. The shower water temperature and pressure needs care. Its essentially its a condo rental. However, the communication was quick and responsive. We were only offered 1 key, called for a second key upon deposit. And it was there within 15-20mintues.

OK beliggenhed, men ikke prisen værd.

Trangt - svært at få plads til kufferter. Lejlighed på 14. etage dog lidt mere rummelig. Wifi virkede ikke ved ankomst. Derfor svært at få fat på nøgle. (Tak til "Maloo Travel" for god hjælp 😊) Wifi på vær. også ustabil. Møbler slidte, misfarvede og snavsede. Sofa vakkelvorn. Sengetøj lugtede gammelt ved ankomst. Fjedre i madras generende - ingen topmadras. Soveværelse passede kun til enkeltseng - kunne kun gå sidelæns rundt om sengen og kun i ene side - den anden side skubbet helt op ad vinduet ! Ingen lys ved seng. Køkken med støv og døde insekter på hylder og fedtfingre på skabslåger. Skabsindhold fedtet. Øverste gummiliste på køleskabslåge fyldt med tyk, sort fedt. Afløb i bruseniche i A1204 totalt blokeret ved ankomst. Forsøgt udbedret dagen efter Fam. måtte tag bad hos os i A1203 indtil næste aften, hvor bademulighed blev tilbudt i anden lejlighed på gangen. Fik efter 2 nætter ny lejlighed på 14.etage. God kommunikation med kontaktperson via mail, men ville klart foretrække en fysisk tilstedeværende ! Også da elektroniske døre til hele bygningen pludselig var ude af drift. Fin beliggenhed. Dog noget støjende omgivelser. Dejligt med vaskemaskine og udendørs tørre mulighed.

令人唔勞氣都唔得嘅體驗呀！咁大間渡假村酒店接待櫃檯一啲都唔起眼！望到一個位置4/5都係房地產專櫃，作為旅客硬住頭皮去問，點知冇人答到我哋去邊度Check in，仲叫我哋揾返House Owner拎鎖匙，House Owner？業主喎？我揾到業主就咭洗揾櫃檯啦！當唔知點算好嘅時候，有另一組旅客拎出護照問，佢又肯幫佢Check in！咁我唔理咁多照拎護照叫佢整埋，原來鎖匙要自己去鎖匙箱㩒密碼自己拎，咁大堂指示可唔可清晰啲咁教下收唔到email教Check ih嘅旅客要點做呀？ 入到房，嚇死呀，露台好多雀屎，牙膏牙刷棉花棒乜都冇，煮食用具甩哂青，唔敢用，泳池入唔到，泳池廣告相係隔離香格里拉江嘅泳地，被呃咗囉。

Otima localização, o apartamento é bem pequeno, mas muito lindo. Apenas encontramos problemas com um cheiro no banheiro, mas a cidade toda tem um cheiro ruim. Recomendo o apartamento. Piscina linda e limpa.

Great Location

Anta is a great location and managed very well. It is right down the street from the Night Market and there are plenty of eating options within walking distance. The apartment is clean and the A/C worked well.

Location is convenient and close to night bazaar. However, towel would not be exchanged daily which it didn't mention when I book this accommodation. Also, it committed to daily throw away the garbage but it didn't at all. There is no front desk and only communicate through any email or apps but the response time isn't fast at all.

Ruim, modern appartement, goeie WiFi en zeer centraal ten opzichte van het centrum en de omliggende straten. Alles was prima beloopbaar, Chiang Mai was top. Het zwembad is zeer klein, er is ruimte voor maximaal 5 bedjes. Wel mooi uitzicht.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property, it’s in a great location, I got a high floor as requested and room was spacious and modern and I got to wash my clothes in the washing machine (it’s the little things) as I am traveling light I need to wash everyday. The rooftop pool was amazing and local food vendors just outstanding. The door staff at entrance were fabulous and even helped me rent a bike. I was booked into the Mecure and it was that bad I checked out and so glad I found this place! There are no staff to speak of on site so you must be respectful of people around you and of course someone’s investment in the property, so leave it clean and tidy so others can enjoy it as well.
