This Hotel was CLOSED Out of Business and Expedia moved me to it. So far after 3 weeks I am still trying to get a refund and Expedia still trying to contact the hotel to get a confirmation that it is CLOSED. How STUPID is that. No one is there to answer that question.

Very nice hotel. Would stay again.

We stayed for a week at the Floral Hotel. Conveniently located in the walled city and a short 10 minute walk to the day and night markets. Nice pool. Good service. Comfortable beds. Safe, fridge and kettle. One of the few hotels with an actual bathtub. Loads of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

ターペーゲートからすぐで立地は悪くないです。ただ、エレベーターがついていないので2階は不便でした。さらに朝食付きで滞在しましたが、メニューは変わらず、さらにサラダのキュウリには虫が・・・。

ターペーゲートすぐ近く、堀の内側の大きな通りに立地しており、市内の観光、ナイトマーケット、サタデー&サンデーナイトマーケットなど、観光の拠点としてとても便利なところでした。バス停、コンビニも近くにあり申し分ありませんでした。 ホテルはとても綺麗で、静かで、快適でした。プールありましたが、ホテル内の通路に面していて、人目を気にするような少し使いづらいかも知れません。 また利用したいと思いました。

Wonderful spot

We had a great stay at Flora Hotel. It is in the most perfect location, close to popular tourist destinations, walkable to all of the any markets and great restaurants and bars. It is on a busy street, but once you enter it is actually very quiet. Rooms are clean and they provided complimentary water bottles for us. Our AC broke the second night and they had someone fix it first thing next morning. They were very kind about it. Pool was too cold to use, we went in December. Will stay there again!

Great location!

Tip: there is a bit of a language barrier with the staff. I wanted to book an afternoon tour to visit the elephant sanctuary & they said it was not available. I showed them the brochure & they were able to accommodate. I also asked where old town Chiang Mai was & was told it was very far, it is literally one block away. The location is fantastic & safe. The shower was leaky, flooded the floor each time. Also the bath tub is elevated so for older travelers this may be an issue & safety hazard as the floor is wet & slippery. I said a prayer each time I got in & out of the shower. I don’t think the sun ever hits the pool so if you are looking to layout & get some sun by the pool, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise a great stay!

The property felt very modern with a Japanese touch to it. A little gem in the Chiang Mai old town area, with walking access to any shops, restaurants, and markets.The outdoor pool was also a great amenity to cool of after a hot day.

Best location and hotel in Thapae Gate

This hotel is the ultimate- in terms of location , ThaPae Gate, minutes from the Saturday and Sunday night market. Immaculately clean, modern without losing the traditional Thai Lanna aesthetics. But what matters the most is the service! We arrived at 9am and checkout time is still 2pm so we asked if our room is ready we would like to stay. Since our room was not ready, they allowed us to use a VIP room. This is too generous. The managers and front desk etc. respond to us like you are a VIP - with such speed. Room 205- has all the amenities including Ground floor rooms have pool access . The only thing missing in the room is the western channels CNN etc.. but who needs that in Chiangmai? Noteworthy is the free mini bar:) with snacks nuts and coffee..WiFi is good. As a hotel level 12 contributor of Trip advisor, I am so pleased . Bed is the most comfy.My only complain was when we moved to 204, the young housekeeping maid was so in a rush to clean up and missed out on small details such as bathroom carpet. The comforter on my first day smelled used and was not changed. So I asked for a new one. Still I recommend this hotel You will not be disappointed. this was a Great hotel pick. Hotel location is good, nearest to Thapae gate， night fair. The hotel staff is fantastic helpful. The rooms were comfortable and really clean. We got breakfast included and thought it was a great tasty breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice and helpful staff, central location with walking distances to Night Bazaar, Warorot Market, Sunday Market.....various restaurants nearby, ok half-buffet breakfast, smooth wifi, spacious room without view, the hotel does not have a lift but the staff will help with your luggages, I definitely stay here again if I visit Chiangmai next time.

Tipical Thai lanna style hotel,new and clean with an outdoor swiming pool on the first floor.Staff are friendly and helpful.The hotel is located in the old town Thapae Gate,where there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.Such as 7-11,Burgerking ,Mcdonald,Starbucks,Boots.Its also easy to get a taxi or rent a car/motorbike to get around the down ,currency exchange.I am very impressed by their bedclothes and pillow.They are very comfortable and help to get a good sleep.If I will come back to Chiangmai again,I will definitely chose this hotel again.
