Comfortable and clean. Had a quiet room overlooking the pool. Good breakfast. Only stayed one night after a week's remote birding trip. Appreciated the strong shower!

The hotel is just opposite a school. At 8am, it will be very noisy. Should not stay in the old city as there are many hotels thatbare cheaper and nicer, in Nimman or along the river area.

Great location in the old city
The location is great: in the center of old city close to Sunday walking streets. It was also pretty quiet. There was laundry service offered and there was a small pool in the courtyard.

Really enjoyed our stay at Jomkitti! Room was comfortable and clean with a free minibar, bathroom had a bidet and TV in room had Netflix! The female receptionist was very amicable and helped us in booking the elephant sanctuary tour. Location is right across from a couple elementary schools, so it gets very busy in the morning and later afternoon, but otherwise is located in a pretty quiet neighbourhood near temples that you can check out. Note that there isn't much nightlife/bars in this area, so you'd have to walk a bit to find those areas. It is still very walkable and convenient to access other things like places to eat, salons, convenient stores, etc.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Great walking distance to day and night markets. If you tell the front desk you’d like to rent a motorbike, they will have one delivered and picked up right at the hotel. We loved being next door to the school. Gave a real sense of daily life in Chiang Mai.

great stay in Chaing Mai!
Location is centrally located and an easy 15min walk to most of the main sites in the city. Breakfast was included and was excellent, full omelette station and lots of yummy Thai food. Free snacks and water in the lobby which was great to grab before a day out. Very friendly staff!

Well-located boutique hotel
the Jomkitti is conveniently located to "the downtown/old city." Our room on the 4th floor (401) was nicely decorated and had a fantastic bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was bright and airy. The amenities were great, although we didn't have an opportunity to use the pool. The staff is pleasant, the breakfast is good (eggs slightly overcooked) and suitable to an American palate. The only drawback is that there is a school directly across the street that seems to play drums all day long, but the evenings and nights are quiet so they didn't really bother us. An added attraction is a third floor "sala," an outdoor balcony that is quite comfortable for meetings and lounging. Chiang Mai is definitely worth a visit, especially for access to Doi Inthanon mountain.

Jomkitti Boutique Hotel was a lovely small hotel in the heart of the old city. Our room was immaculate, the staff friendly, and a nice buffet breakfast was served each morning . The pool area is small - just four lounge chairs. A nice bonus was the complimentary mini bar. We especially appreciated the bottled water.

Perfectly located in the old town, the main street behind the hotel has temples and the Sunday night market, and runs along to the Tha Pae Gate. The hotel is immaculate and the staff were excellent.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. Helped us with all our reservations, tours and transportation. The breakfast was great. The restaurant was delicious too with great pricing. The location is in the middle of down town.

The hotel was very nice and in an amazing location! Wish we had stayed here longer, only downside was the mass amount of mosquitoes around the pool. Also wish we had booked a poolside room because our view was MEH.

Beautiful hotel in great central location with extremely helpful staff who could not do enough for you. The complimentary drinks and snacks everyday was refreshing to see, we would definitely recommend this hotel by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Thialand

Staff friendly n helpful. Very clean. Central location easy walk in old city. Pleasant children sounds from school nearby. Only criticisms...pool too cool...no convenient place to plug in tea kettle...no English speaking tv in room but CNN on in cafe n breakfast room.

Very modern boutique hotel, ideally located in Old City and within easy walking distance of everything. De luxe room spacious, well equipped & immaculately clean. Leads out onto nice little balcony, with care having been taken to provide pleasant view of greenery. Bedroom has adjacent large walk-in shower room with basin and very posh toilet! Good choice of Asian & Western foods for buffet breakfast — separate egg station and waffle making. Staff delightful — very friendly and polite. They are willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable and carefree. Will definitely return to Jomkitti!

Nice Boutique Hotel
Hotel was central and one street south of the Sunday Night Street Market. This was helpful as other hotels would have to battle crazy crowds. Hotel was extremely clean, staff were more than helpful and service oriented. Breakfast had a nice variety as well. Only notables were the hallway at night echoed so we could hear other doors open and close and beds were extremely firm.

We stayed at Jomkitti during New Years and it was great. The location was great since it was very central in old town, making walking everywhere very convenient. They also had bikes you could rent if you wanted. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, potentially the best part about staying at Jomkitti. They gave us great recommendations on things to do, and made phone calls for us to help coordinate with laundry and our next hotel. I was also skeptical of the free breakfast because generally hotel breakfasts are "meh", but this one was very good. it was from 630 to 1030 and had a large selection of food, including pad thai, fried rice, made-to-order eggs, steamed dumplings, and a one-touch espresso machine (among other items). The pool was fairly small, and didn't see a lot of sun, and the workout room consisted of an elliptical, a stationary bike, and a decline bench. Overall an excellent place, definitely staying here on our next trip to Chiang Mai

Clean & Comfortable Hotel
Hotel is brand new, modern, clean and esthetically pleasing. The breakfast was alright overall although not particularly exciting. The gym is very minimal and only has an outdated stationary bike and elliptical machine - hardly a gym. One highlight of their rooms seem to be their heated toilet seats although I’m not sure why that’s necessary in a place that’s pretty hot all the time. Don’t forget to ask for a 2nd room key in case you want to keep the A/C running while you are out and/or charge your devices. Otherwise, the whole power to the room goes out as soon as you leave. They offer WiFi but it requires you to constantly login, which was quite annoying. The room only had one available outlet which is not sufficient when many people carry multiple electronics. The integrated USB outlets in the lamp didn’t work. The TV didn’t have a single Non-Thai channel, so don’t plan on watching BBC, CNN etc. there. Another visitor mentioned the loud school which I can confirm. The hotel is located across a school, and during the morning hours you can definitely hear children sing etc. This subsides once school starts, and the hotel was very peaceful and quiet during all the other times I was there. The staff was very friendly, and when the airport taxi we had ordered didn’t show up even 10 min after the arranged pickup time they drove us to the airport for free so that we wouldn’t miss our flight. This was very much appreciated.

Clean, comfortable, central. Only down-sides were a couple of very weird policies... no second key-card (even when offering to leave a deposit), so the person without the card would have to get escorted up to the room by staff every time. Also, every day was asked to select breakfast for the next morning (that's fine as they probably pick up produce fresh each day), however was also pressured to nominate a time to eat. When replying "we aren't sure," we would be further pressured..."Maybe after 9?"... I guess in low-season without many guests they wanted to have the breakfast cook working as few hours as possible, but guests should be able to come down for breakfast at their leisure within the stated opening hours. Things like this really detracted from the "boutique" image they are trying to portray. On plus side, staff were friendly and property had recently been refurbished to a decent standard. Wi-Fi was good enough.

We stayed at a lot of hotels during our three weeks in Thailand - both luxury and modest, and Jomkitti was the best. It wasn't the cheapest option out there but the service we received was incredible and more than worth it. I was sick with the traveler's stomach bug for the first 2 days of our stay and the amazing staff continuously checked in with my daughter and I and even sent up Thai headache pills I never would've known about (that worked miracles). They asked if they could take food orders or help in any other way and truly cared about my wellbeing. We were amazed. The hotel itself is located perfectly - just down the street from the Walking Street Saturday market which was one of the best we experienced in all of the many markets we visited all throughout Thailand. The shower and bathroom in our room was wonderful and I know this is a small thing, but unlimited free water and snacks/ fruit was really nice. When other more expensive luxury hotels gave 1 free water bottle per person a day and charged for the mini bar, it was nice to feel you could just live and be without being nickel and dimed. I don't write reviews often but felt like Jomkitti needed to be acknowledged for their outstanding accommodations and more importantly incredible service. I'll definitely stay there again when we come back to this wonderful country and would highly recommend it to others!

The hotel is located up against the Wat Chedi Luang temple and is an easy walk from this amazing temple complex. The pool was enjoyable, if a bit warm. The breakfast was always tasty and I preferred the breakfast when you ordered specific dishes. I highly recommend the Lanna Breakfast with local Chiang Mai specialties. We loved watching parents and kids arriving at the school across the street during breakfast. It was a nice slice of local Chiang Mai life. The bed was comfortable and although the room could get a little warm while you were out, it cooled down as soon as you came back and put the key into the power setup at the door. We found great places to eat within easy walking distance (Dash,was an awesome dinner spot.)

My friend and I had a wonderful experience in Jomkitti. We were particularly struck by the attentiveness of staff to our needs. They were extremely patient and personable. We were there during the recent Songkran festival and had a fantastic time partaking in the water festivities with the staff! Thank you!

Highly recommended
Very modern hotel, with great air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Located close to a lot of great stuff. We can recommend the Wat Chedi Luang temple, the U-Turn coffee shop, and the Sunday Walking Street Market. Lots of fun watching the kids arriving for school across the street. The breakfast offering is really amazing, though they got kind of a slow start the Monday morning we were there. Very helpful, courteous service at the front desk, even when we arrived right around midnight.

Amazing modern hotel with fantastic location
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful with booking trips. Also the room was very modern and clean, with complimentary drinks in the mini fridge and water left in the room every day. Only minor complaints would be that our room was a little noisy being on the top floor and next to what I think is some services equipment cupboard.

名の通り、小さなブティックホテルです。近くに目立った施設は少ないですが、ウイークエンドマーケットの通りまでは歩いて5分ほどです。ウイークエンドマーケットはかなり人出が戻っていて、歩くのに少し苦労するほどです。 早めに出かけて、7時頃には食事に行くくらいで考えたほうが良い感じです。

우선 직원분들이 모두 친절합니다. 큰 기대없이 갔는데 수영장에 있던 튜브도 너무 매력적이었어요 마지막에 그랩까지 불러주셔서 수월하게 이동했구요 왠만한 호텔들보다 조식이 여유롭고 조용하게 먹을 수 있어서 좋았고 메뉴가 깔끔하고 특히 세트a번 환상적인맛이었아요. 바나나와 사과 스낵 물이 무료로 무제한이었습니다

위치 좋고 조식 맛난 호텔~
첫날 배정받은 방이 사진과 너무 달라서 직원분께 얘기하니 방타입이 두가지라고 하시더군요...근데 천장도 낮고 방이 너무 답답했어요...다음날 방을 바뀌주셨는데 욕조가 없는 대신 방은 넓어서 답답하지 않았어요... 헤어드라이어 성능이 좋아서 그것도 만족~ 복도 무료 미니바에 물 과자 과일이 준비되어 있어서 편했구요~ 조식은 매우 만족했어요 하나하나 다 맛있어서 아침 든든히 먹고 돌아다녔네요~ 위치도 좋아서 선데이마켓도 도보로 몇분 안걸리고 오토바이 렌탈샵 마사지가 근처에 있어서 너무 편하게 다녔습니다~ 맞은편에 초등학교가 있는데 오후 5시 전후로는 아이들 데리러오는 부모들이 많아서 도로가 꽉 막혀요 택시 이용하실 분들은 길가로 나가시거나 이 시간은 피하세요~ 일방 통행길이라 차가 못 움직여요~

전체적으로 깨끗합니다. 다만 방음이 조금 아쉽긴했어요 ㅎㅎ 방은 넓고 깨끗해서 3박 아주 잘 있었습니다. 화장실도 청결했습니다! 물이랑 간단한 다과 무료라서 정말 좋았고 조식도 직접만드시는 것 같던데 맛이 나름 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 조용한 위치이지만 구석이거나 주변길이 어둡지않아서 여자둘이 도보로 올드시티 여행하기에는 제격이었어요 ~~! 또 11시 이후? 쯤에는 엘레베이터 타기전에 큰 중간문을 닫아서 보안에 신경 써주셔서 여자끼리 여행에도 좋은 호텔인 것 같습니다. (카드 출입해야함) 작은 호텔은 친절한 직원분들,사장님 덕분에 즐거운 여행이 되었네요 :)

The hotel has a school next to it, and there are very loud noices from 6am to 8am, the students sing from 2 hours non stop and it feels that they are in the room, it’s impossible to sleep in that hours. We ask the in the front desk to change us to a more quiet room but the manager didn’t wanted, even though that the hotel was empty. The people that work there are very nice, and the rooms are excellent, but its impossible to sleep with that noice. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are a lot of nicer hotels in the area for a better price.
