Extremely disappointed with this residence. By far the worst accommodation I have ever had. The room was terrible. There was mould in the bathroom, dirt on the kitchen counter and behind the microwave, stains on the walls and couch, ants in the room, unfinished hallways, and lack of hot water. We checked-in late at night and issues were emailed to staff in the morning, and received no reply. If you are looking for hotel style accommodations this is not the place for you. Bed was made but sheets remained unchanged (I spilled coffee on my bed sheet, and the stain remained for the duration of our stay). The only benefit is the close proximity to the airport, but the pros do not outweigh the cons. Will not be booking a stay here ever again.

Lots of natural light, stayed cool even during the hottest part of the day - hardly used AC. Comfortable bed, love the cushioned bench along the bedroom window, good Wi-Fi. I chose this because wanted a place with a kitchenette. It is also close to good places to buy food. I enjoyed the view of the pool and looking out from the center of the building. It is a little tricky to find - I was glad I had a friend help me get there rather than use a taxi. The pool is huge, clean - but cold! It gets some sun in the morning. I would stay here again.

Great location Great communication But unfortunately the whole unit smelt so bad, just stunk of mould. It was everywhere in the bathroom Water leaking in the bathroom and you can see and smell the mould in the bedroom walk-in closet where it’s coming through. We only stayed because we had 1 night booked and had a super early flight or we would of left straight away. Which is unfortunate because the location is good, the gym and pool are great.

The hotel don't provide breakfast but It us across from the Airport plaza and there you can get anything including food and etc.

Perfectly comfortable, convenient, smaller rooms
While you might encounter delays checking in or out late at night or early in the morning, this is a fine place to stay near the Chiang Mai airport (only a three minute taxi ride!). Rooms were a bit on the small side, but comfortable beds, couch and sitting area and spotlessly clean bathroom and readily available hot water made our rooms quite enjoyable. We were a small group, and everyone had a comfortable stay. We WILL be returning!

Nice space and great location. The staff are very helpful and efficient. Our first room had a bad smell from AC. Went to tell staff and switch us rooms no problem. Bed extra comfy with great pillows!! Sound proof windows and doors and we slept really good. Great design with plenty of places to hang clothes put computer and organize your stuff. Nice TVs. Bathroom good size with a soaking tub. The shower was awesome great pressure !! Only the for 1 nite did not use amenities. Easy to get grab or bus.

Too far from anything but airport.
Only downside to this place is it’s insanely hard to find by taxis using grab app or even google maps. Over 50% of time drivers just gave up. Very clean. Great pool. Zero English spoken ( heads up/not complaint).

Eveything was great! Close to the airport, and NEXT to the mall! The internet was good, the room was beautiful, the air conditioning was perfect, 24/7 security... The water wasn't so hot, but it was because of the hot days I really didn't mind. Thank you!

less than 10 minute walk to the night market. Clean and tidy overall. We went back to the hotel at 9:30pm on one night and we asked the manager at the front desk if the restaurant was still open (the sign said it closes at 10). He took our order swiftly and offered to deliver it to our room! Some down sides about the amenities-the pool is tiny. It's only partially outdoor with a cover on top. No gym room (which my hubby was very sad because of this). Water kept spilling out from the shower cabinet too. Others were fine.

A good stay I'd recommend to friends
The room was as good as expected. Having a seperate bedroom with its own air conditioning really helped because I like to sleep in a cold room. Special mention has to be given to the comfort of the bed. It is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in Thailand. The kitchenette had a very good stock of equipment and utensils. The sofa could have been a bit more comfortable but it wasn't too bad. The daily housekeeping was efficient and quick and tended to come around the same time each afternoon. The laundry service was inexpensive and efficient. Overall I've enjoyed my 3 week stay here and will definitely look to stay here again next year on my next trip. One area they could improve is giving each room a do not disturb sign so if you don't need housekeeping they won't knock.

Good location, Nice room and large parking area . In my opinion i think this is a good place to take a vacation. But just a small bed room for 2 pax. Normally it’s should stay for 1 person. But totally is quite good.

great condos. the reception desk is on the 3 rd floor. Hard to get into the building the first time is after hours. the reception desk is sometimes not very helpful. room was amazing. needs more customer service and directions at lobby and signage. I would stay again. Just make sure you arrive in the daytime and go to the third floor. there is also a security elevator which makes it hard to get into the first time to check in. Just not a regular hotel with a 24 receptionist desk.

フロントには２４時間スタッフはいないが、チェックインの時、電話をすればすぐ出てきてくれた。 近くにショッピングモールがあり、食べ物を購入できて良かった。徒歩で行けるのが良かった。 チェックアウト後もフロントで荷物預かりをしてくれてすごく助かりました。 ありがとう。
