A stay here would be great only if you reserved premium rooms. Great staff and location. However, if you have reserved regular rooms facing Maya shopping mall or the bars next to the main road. Then don’t expect that you can go to sleep before 12am every night. The live bands around will blast your ears at least until 12am and the sound insulation of the rooms does not help at all. Last but not least, they have the worst WiFi I’ve ever experienced.

I had a wonderful stay at U Nimman in Chiang Mai. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Nimmanhaemin with so many cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, which made exploring the area very easy. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly warm, friendly, and always helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Chiang Mai.
