i stayed 2 nights(cocoon type). cuz near airport, sounds noisy engine, however didnt mind. There were small fling insects. i stayed comfortbly. i will back in near future:)

Wonderful front desk staff; always kind and helpful. Thank you to management / housekeeping for providing a sweet anniversary decoration! Room was spacious and clean. Daily breakfast service was decent. Free parking. Near the mall & lots of eateries. Initially we booked the “Couple Mai” but didn’t realize it was tub only. Luckily, front desk was efficient and moved us to another room with a shower. We enjoyed our stay here & definitely would recommend based on the great service :)

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and general condition of the hotel are good. However, there is insufficient soundproofing to prevent the loud noise of overhead aircraft.

It's very difficult to impossible to control the temperature of the shower. Otherwise, we are very happy and comfortable here.

The staff was very nice.breakfast starts at 7am and wehada tour starting at 6.30 am.so they prepared the whole breakfast for 6am-just because of us!very very nice!thank you!very helpful staff!

Nimmana Mai is located conveniently close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast allows for a good start to the day.

The location of The hotel is so near to everything, just 10-15mins walk to Maya shopping centre. There are also really cute cafes near the hotel plus a really busy local food resturant that serves super yummy chicken. Its also near 7-11s and a Tesco and many massage palours on the streets just outside the hotel. The hotel staff was really efficient and nice, they even did a check for us tk see if we left anything behind when we checked out.

The location was great. The stagg were all friendly amd helpful. The restaurant fornbfast qas severly understaffed on oir first bfast there. The food was okay but i wish they had some options aparr from the ham and sausage that were not spicy.

Basic hotel in Nimman
Location is great to explore the Nimman area. Hotel staff is pleasant. Rooms feel a little dated though still liveable. It will be good if they improve on upkeeping the hotel better.

My Family & I @ Chiang Mai
Again stay at this lovely hotel that has different designs for each floor. This hotel has a good location and few meters away from the main road where you can find many restaurants and shops. You can enjoy a massage therapy for a while, too. Maya Mall around 5 mins walking and can enjoy shopping or dinning. The hotel overall is a nice place to stay at if you don’t mind airplanes noises all day long but at night definitely was able to sleep with comfy!

Really nice hotel. Centrally located on the hip nimman street. Clean and big rooms with a nice decor. Shower was good and clean bathrooms. Very friendly hotel staff and amazing breakfast

Good service overall, they also allowed me to check in early without any additional fee. The sound proofing of the room is bad thought, I can hear voices from adjacent room when they speak due to the connecting door.
