The property is lovely. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The property itself is a little away from the old city, about a 10 minute drive. Roof restaurant is gorgeous.

Beautiful place,great staff and very clean.It is about 10 minutes outside downtown and there is some street noise and nightly music from a bar across the street.The pool and food choices are great.I would stay there again when visiting Chiang Mai.

Excellent hotel near Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. Room was spacious. Spread for breakfast was sufficient. There were some insects flying around outdoors, but the staff offered insect repellent.

Amazing property and service! My room was always kept clean. I appreciate the little touches like the treats and a note card with the day’s forecasted temperatures. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of selections, all of which are very good! Best of all, the staff are always courteous, friendly, and helpful!

Rarely do I ever submit reviews but I am compelled to say that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. For what we paid (avg $85 a night), the value we got from this hotel is tremendous. PROS: - Amazing service, the people at the front desk helped researched excursions for us, gave is tips on finding the best deals, and always greeted us whenever coming back to the hotel - FREE transportation from/to the airport (which is conveniently close as well) - FREE snacks and drinks - I always look forward to coming back to an even cleaner room, and they don't skimp on giving out extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash - An entire suite--living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, with very modern and chic decor - Very, very comfortable shower/bath - Small details like how the TV already has an HDMI cable connected, four large towels are provided every day (versus just two), the towels are within reaching distance to shower/bathtub, they provide treats and a weather report every day, they actually provide some amount of clothes hangers in the closet, they give four fluffy pillows, they put a vase with fresh flowers on the dining table for us, there are two TVs. The vibe of the hotel is just great - The welcome drink was delicious, and umbrellas are provided in the lobby and rooms CONS: - The gym and pool are quite small, and breakfast is not included - We found small bugs that looked like tiny fruit flies lying dead on the head of our bed and the desk.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning could absolutely be better and pool water was cold.. I think the five star rating should be four stars instead. The rooftop view was spectacular.
