the hotel is tidy and quiet at night, staff are friendly, no lift but but second floor and very little luggage for me, so it doesn't matter for me, room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable

The hotel staff very nice, convenient area, every day includes breakfast, 100% I will stay again only one think is we stay in top lv hv to walk up 4lv to the room when arrive I need to take my heavy luggage by myself

The pictures of this property were completely deceiving. It is basically a hostel just with a private bathroom. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. And they came into our room when the do not disturb sign was on the door, when they also did not provide a lock box for passports and valuables.

Great room condition
Located in the middle of Nimmanhaemin, great access around many restaurants, cafe, massage etc. They also lend you bikes for free. Massage shop on ground floor runs until late time, so I could get foot massage after Sunday night market. Breakfast was also very delicious. I liked the omeletts. Airplanes pass by Nimmanhaemin, there is also construction site in front of hotel, but those noises will not bother you inside room.

Great hotel
Great hotel, staff very friendly. Excellent neighbourhood, many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The free breakfast and free shuttle ride to the airport was a bonus.

They go the extra mile for you
It is a no frills hotel but they do a great job to make you feel at home. No upwelling or extra charges except for late checkout. The place is very well done for a shophouse conversion and the room is big and clean and comfortable. I was leaving before reception would be open in the morning so I went to tell them and they said just leave the key at the desk and I’m the morning I found that they had packed 2 breakfast to go bags for me!

Nice and home-like stay in Chiang Mai
The location is excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the bathroom. Breakfast is great and there is not too much noise from the flight path of the airport or the busy road nearby. And I really appreciated a free transfer to the airport - many thanks indeed!

Easy and convenient stay
Easy and convenient for overnight not a long stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Reasonable price with breakfast. Parking lot is very close to the hotel. Not suitable for the elderly or the ones with leg problems because there 's no elevator.

I love the fact that everyone in this hotel, from the owners to the stuffs always carry smiles on their face, even when they are not really smiling. My room was spacious and comfortable and although not traditional Thai style I initially wanted when looking for one but it's modern and its 's clean , stlye with taste also aapreciated. The area is pretty designed. Cute, unique cafe pretty much everywhere. Weather is good in Chiangmai while my staying, so it was lovely to take a walk around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this city and this hotel to anyone who hasn't been visited. Cheers!

Great hotel! It is brand new (which is why you won't be able to find a lot of reviews) but I 100% recommend it. Beautiful spacious room in an amazing area, especially for foodies and coffee lovers. Free made-to-order breakfast, which is either Thai-style (Thai rice soup) or American (two fried eggs, sausage, ham, toast and salad) with coffee or orange juice - great quality and served at the restaurant on the main floor. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was very large. Also free mini bar replenished daily, which has juice, soda, water and a bunch of small snacks. Great value for money!

พนักงานกับแม่บ้านน่ารักมากค่ะ ใส่ใจตั้งแต่ก่อนไปเข้าพักทั้งให้คำแนะนำเรื่องเที่ยวเรื่องรถจนถึงตอนไปพักก็ดูแลดี มีร้านนวดในโรงแรม เดินเที่ยวมาเหนื่อยๆทั้งวันได้นวดแล้วสบายมาก ที่พักสะอาดสะอ้าน ใกล้ที่เที่ยวที่กินและสนามบิน เดินทางสะดวก ถึงจะไม่มีลิฟต์แค่เดินขึ้นได้สบายๆ ติดนิดเดียวคืออาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลายอาจเป็นเพราะตอนเราไปคนพักน้อย โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมากๆค่ะ ถ้าคราวหน้าไปเชียงใหม่อีกก็จะไปพักที่นี่

매일 냉장고에 주스 2개를 넣어주는 등 서비스가 좋으나 타올이 오래되고, 샤워물이 따뜻하지 않았으며 아침 식사가 부실하여 저에게는 그다지 좋은 점수를 얻지 못하였습니다.

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบ A la cart แต่สั่งได้เรื่อยๆ มีร้านนวดให้บริการข้างล่างด้วย และมีรถรับส่งสนามบินอันนี้ต้องจองล่วงหน้าด้วย เสียอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีลิฟท์แต่ถ้าไม่มีกรภเป๋าใบใหญ่ก็ไม่มีปัญหา สรุปคือ ดี
