Lovely hotel close to the airport and Central Airport shopping mall but very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very helpful. Everything was very clean. The room was very nice and spacious.

Beautiful birdsong, the distant sound of temple bells, and the landscaping of plants. I spent five days meditating in my room. It made me wish to spend my later years in a hotel like this in Thailand after retirement. Pros • The staff is friendly. • It’s close to the airport. • The interior design is sophisticated. I’m not Thai but The XYM is a great place to stay. Perfect location and a short distance away from both the international airport and the old city area. There is also a western style gourmet food market and a shopping center a short distance and easy walk nearby. There’s also the hotel’s coffee shop,7-11, pharmacy and traditional Thai hot pots restaurants nearby …

Nice hotel! Quite, clean, a lot of parking, nice staff, and not too far from all of the market. I have no complaints about the hotel especially 7/11 was at the front of the hotel. The house keeping was so thoughtful even I didn’t let them clean my room during the stay but they still left me with clean towel and water bottles at my door everyday.

Great place to stay. Close to the airport without the usual aircraft noise. Surrounded by many restaurants and dining options, a convenience store and a coffee shop. A major shopping center and two western style supermarkets are at a easily walkable distance. Located off street in a very quiet location. Great staff, the bed sheets are both clean and crisp and the hot water is hot. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The XYM is my only go to place to stay when I’m in Chiang Mai …
