Clean, basic, and inexpensive room close to everything. Located in a very walkable area, with many shops and dining options. Felt safe at all times. Easy check-in after hours. Friendly staff will take care of you. Really enjoyed my week-long stay.

The room was nice and clean, the receptionist was very nice also, however there were ants everywhere and wifi wasn't working very well. The location is very central but its located right behind an elementary school, so you may wake up from the sound of children screaming.

Best to look elsewhere
Was not comfortable in the room and had to locate food and amenities on our own no elevator and very little room for luggage. At night children playing loudly in the hallway

Everything you need!
This hotel is pretty basic but at the same time has all you need. Its modern, clean, affordable and in a fantastic location. Also, the manager is a sweetheart and very helpful!

Convenient location in Chiangmai old city
Conveniently located within walking distance from all attractions in the old city and the Sunday walking market. Good for a short stay in Chiang Mai.

In the centre of the old city. Seems not familiar to tuk tuk drivers, ever tuk tuk called the hotel before the ride. The shower has floor has no partition, water comes out, almost get into the sleeping area... Otherwise room is clean, bed is comfortable too. No breakfast, but you can grab something simple and quick right in front of the hostel. When you come out from the hostel, turn right, there is a restaurant at the corner, seems very popular but BAD FOOD!!!

Just an average place, better value elsewhere
We stayed one night at the Walking Street. The location is pretty convenient, but there are several other places nearby which have a similar cost. The service was okay, but there are not always people at the front desk. We left one night at 7pm and could not find anyone to leave our key with (which they ask for you to do). However, I woke up desperately needing some water at about 3am and a guy answered and brought us two extra free bottles, which was nice. They also added a plant to our balcony after we got there, but I am not sure why as the view was of another building. Overall, it was a good place to sleep, but in Chiang Mai, you can find really good value in similar or better locations. BIGGEST COMPLAINT: It is right next to a school and it was extremely loud around 7-8 am. We had to leave early anyway, but if I wanted to sleep in I would have not been happy. Also, the shower head was placed right next to the shower curtain. I had to hold the curtain out with one hand just to take a shower.

好壞參半
好處：位置好，隔離就是周日夜市，廟宇，好多野食，有個小露台可掠衣服，但沒有可以放到椅子如網上圖片，床及枕頭好舒服。 壞處：晚上前枱服務員英文差溝通不到，隔離是一間學校，平日上午被嘈醒，如睡對面房間則沒有問題。房間沒有拖鞋，洗手間只有洗頭水及兩片肥皂，沒有浴帽，牙刷，只有兩條大浴巾，沖涼沒有檔水，成個地下都會濕晒。 酒店整體可以接受，如浴室提供多點資源會方便一些，不次不會再入住，同等價格有其他較好選擇。

prima plaats om te verblijven. Erg vriendelijk, proberen het altijd naar je zin te maken. Goede plek voor mij. Een klein min puntje ik arriveerde om 7 uur s'morgens de residentie was dicht. om 8 uur ging de residentie open. als je de sleutel van de residentie krijgt kan je in en uit lopen.

性價比高、地理位置好，附近有不同類型的餐廳亦有便利店，早上晚上不論想吃什麼菜也很方便。 酒店客房很整潔，該有的都有，十分滿意！

酒店几乎位于古城正中央，饭店，便利店，咖啡厅，景点基本都在附近，出门左拐再左拐再寺庙前打车方便，出行十分便利，前台服务很好，尤其有一个漂亮女生，很善良很贴心，经理也很善谈。酒店设施一般，房间较小，不会每天打扫，刚入住时觉得床单不干净，有污迹，房内有免费矿泉水，奇怪的是有shampoo却没有shower gel，每天早上会很嘈杂，因为旁边是学校（除非住走廊另一边） Positive：location/reception/price/garden/people Negative：housekeeping/noise/facilities

올드시티에 있는 깨끗한 호텔
직원이 아주 친절하고 위치도 아주 좋았어요. 방도 깨끗했는데 욕실 샤워기 물이 구멍이 막힌 부분이 있는지 한 쪽만 나왔어요. 나머지는 다 좋았어요. 위치가 좋아서 투어 하기에 시간이 어중간 할 때 자전거를 빌려서 구 시가지를 빙글빙글 둘러 보는 것도 재미있어요. 구석구석 볼 수 있는 새로운 즐거움이었어요. 마음에 드는 곳이 있으면 잠시 멈춰서 구경하고 사진도 찍고 또 구경하고 중간에 망고, 수박쥬스 같은 것도 사 먹고 여유로운 시간을 즐길 수 있었어요.

ที่ตั้งดี ใกล้วัดเจดีย์หลวง(วัดสำคัญ) ส.เดินไป ถ.คนเดินวัวลายไม่ไกล อา.เดินมานิดเดียวเป็น ถ.คนเดินท่าแพ ใกล้ๆมีร้านเฮือนเพ็ญอาหารเหนืออร่อยไม่แพง อิ่มแล้วเดินต่อไปวัดพระสิงห์(วัดสำคัญ) เช้าเดินออกมาทางประตูเชียงใหม่ ซื้ออาหารจากร้านท้องถิ่นริมทาง ใส่บาตรเช้าได้ถึงเจ็ดโมงกว่า เสร็จแวะให้อาหารปลาที่วัดเจ็ดริน แล้วเดินเที่ยวกาดเช้าประตูเชียงใหม่ กลางวันเดินไปกินสารพัดอาหารแถวอนุสาวรีย์สามกษัตริย์...ถ้าอยู่หลายวันซื้อทัวร์เที่ยวเลย

올드시티안에 있어 내부 여행다니기에 편합니다. 다만 타페게이트와 조금 거리가 있습니다.
엘리베이터가 없어 짐이 많거나 무겁다면 다른곳 고려또는 저층으로 요청하셔야합니다. 바로 앞 맞은편에 블라인드 마사지 샵이 있어요~~

Hotel für Backpacker
Das Hotel+Hostel "The Walking Resident" ist sehr klein und unscheinbar. Wir haben für 2 Nächte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Wirklich viel Komfort gab es leider nicht (Beton Boden, kahle Wände, wenig Abstellplatz und ein sehr kleines Bad). Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. In der Nacht hört man die anderen Gäste und morgens die Kinder in der Schule (Schule befindet sich genau gegenüber). Das Personal war jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften unsere Rucksäcke bis zum Check-In abgeben und man hat uns bei allen Fragen gute, hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Im großen und ganzen ist es für ein Backpacker völlig in Ordnung. Für einen Urlaub jedoch ist es Nichts!

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans cet hôtel. Ce dernier est situé en plein centre de la vieille-ville , ce qui est très pratique. Les chambres sont simples et propres. Un bon rapport qualité / prix .

위치가 정말 좋았어요. 저녁에 근처 돌아다닐데도 좋고, 호텔위치를 몰라도 주위에 큰 사원이 있었어서 설명하기도 쉬웠습니다. 스텝들도 정말 친절하고 방도 깨끗했는데, 단점을 꼽자면 개미들이 많다고 생각했는데, 지금 파이이 있는데요. 개미들.. 어쩔수 없나봐요.

位置极佳，附近生活服务都很便利，喜欢清静的朋友可以考虑，
位置在旧城区的中心地带，出门什么的都很方便，后面一两百米就是清迈警察局，安全指数倍增，附近也有洗衣服务和7-11。 这家酒店有三层楼， 第一层不住人，门口只有老板一个人坐在小屋子里接待旅客，总体来说还算满意，就是屋子里不算大，装修从简，而且一直闻到一阵酸味，应该是乳胶漆之类的酸味，最重要的一点我们不太能接受的是，花洒的水，像针一样啊啊啊啊啊啊，打在身上是会痛的啊啊啊啊啊，解决方法就是把水关小一些，除了这两点其他都很好，老板人也跟热情的。

Une nuit passée dans cet hôtel. Accueil très correct. Après, il s'agit plus d'une pension à notre avis d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de réel service. Mais pour le prix, c'est très bien. Chambre et salle de bain propres bien que très petites et pas hyper lumineuses. Vue sur une école ou plutôt vue des gamins d'une école sur notre chambre, ce qui contraint à tirer les rideaux toute la journée. En somme hôtel bien situé pour les visites et bon pour une courte durée ou si l'on n'y passe pas beaucoup de temps.
