Liked the location, close to shops and the train. The room thermostat did not work, was stuck at 22 deg. Inadequate bedding, so was cold. Would like to have soap at the wash basin.

**Title:** "Well-Maintained Hotel with Convenient Amenities for Families" The hotel shows its age, but it is still well-maintained. The breakfast options are somewhat limited but suit our needs. The laundry room, located in the basement, offers multiple washers and dryers, which is convenient. The room size is spacious enough to accommodate a family of four comfortably, and the TV has plenty of programs for entertainment. Overall, a good stay!

Very clean and spacious room. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great location. If I come back to Chiayi, will definitely stay here again.

We stayed near the entrance of the hotel rooms. Wasn’t sure if it’s next to the toilets/kitchen, we did smell an unpleasant smell but was still acceptable. The staff are friendly; however the facilities are a bit old. Wasn’t sure if they are mould on the toilet wall. Next to a 7-11 and was given TWD100 voucher per person for breakfast. Was great to spend a night here and walk around the area, especially you have young children. They offer a few free walking tours and we enjoyed and managed to see some fireflies!

Convenient location, shower was a bit too mouldy though around the blinds and ceiling trim. Absolutely delicious breakfast included with great selection. We were able to keep our bags in the lobby by the front counter outside of our stay.

Very walkable distance from the train station even with luggage. Breakfast was Taiwanese style with vegetarian options. There also was toast. Room was clean. Toilet was clean as well. But did not have hooks. Could not put toiletries on the countertop due to basin shape.

Central location near the train station, shopping mall, and restaurants. Free underground parking with a car elevator. Helpful English speaking staff. The bathroom has almost no flat surfaces. Breakfast options are somewhat limited.

Chiayi first choice for the bedding, location , bathtub, price / quality. Simple Taiwanese breakfast buffet if interested. Or there are plenty of quality cafes, local morning market where you will fed more than enough. Light sleepers ask for the room Not close to the lift.

Staff is extremely unfriendly and not knowledgeable about the city. They refused to answer questions about local attractions. Hotel offers packets of shampoo and shower gels but would not replenish beyond their daily quota. The cleaning lady did not reinstall shower curtain after daily cleaning work. No parking is available or not in service at the time of my visit. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed in room 303. Was awaken by water gushing noise around 2/3am. It was very loud and obvious as though certain water pipe has bursted. Called concierge but was told there is nothing they can do, as the guy at counter claimed that neighbouring room may have returned late and showered late. It happened during both nights of my stay. Very frustrating as i am a light sleeper. Breakfast spread is good enough for me. Just not much of drinks choices. Hotel overall facility is very old. Hard to get to shower as it is within a tall bath tub. You will need to climb in and out, holding on to the sides. Toilet door cannot be closed properly. But i do find the cleaning quality up to standard. Kudos to the cleaning aunties.

1.浴室、トイレ、部屋の状態良くない。 　すみやかな改装が必要！ 2.フロント係、ど素人。 1)こちらの受付作業している最中に、かなり後から来た二人ずれの若い人とあーだ、こーだと話が長いので、そっちは、後回しにしろと 怒ってやった。申し訳ないと言ってたが、 基本的に大きな問題。 2) 日本円を台湾ドル交換、やってない、 出来ないとのこと。外国人をとめる一般的なホテルのサービスが無い。 もう一つ、後でネットでわかったことだが ホテルを出て直ぐ右側、約50mの所に 玉山銀行の大きな支店が、あるではないか！ フロントの係りは、門番かー。最悪。
