Staffs are dedicated and friendly, however, their system seems not connect each other. We had front desk help us to reserve a taxi on next day 8:30am during our check in, the front desk promised and then forgot to do what they said they would do. Make sure you double confirm and active remind them since they lack a reliable system.

Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. They have good amenities like laundry, dryer and ironing board. Room is big and clean. The hotel goes out of the way to be eco-friendly. I would choose to stay at this hotel again if I am back in Chiayi.

Friendly staff. Very quiet. Free washer and dryer though under power. It’s a non-smoking facilities, however, I can smell smoke came through the AC vent occasionally.

The hotel is located in a very central location. Even though it is close to a night market but we did not find it being noisy. We love the idea of having water jars in the room so guests can refill their water from a machine on the floor. The room is of good size. The only thing we did not like was the lack of an extra chair or small sofa in the room. For two people travelling together, having just one chair in the room (for the desk) was not reasonable. We requested to have an extra chair for the room. The staff was kind enough to offer us a foldable chair. It would be silly to have one person watching the TV from the only chair in the room and the other person watching the TV from sitting on the bed.
