宿泊２日目に館内の停電が有りました。が時間が分からなかったので丁度朝風呂に入ってたので数十分暗いお風呂に入ってました。館内アナウンスが有ればなぁと思いました。他は満足しました。

予約者ではなく一緒に宿泊する人が先に到着することになりチェックインが可能か確認の電話を前日にしたところ、電話の対応でタメ口、予約者の名前を呼び捨てされ、非常に不快だった。 設備や立地はとてもいいのでその点は満足
