"We loved the Welcome Lounge at the end of the day. After all the walking daily, we would stop for a refreshment before going up to the room. The room was perfect for our family, but we had to live out of our suitcase (top loading suitcases are best). The access to trains and shopping is fantastic. Very family friendly. Will definitely stay there again."

"Rooms are clean but small and not that soundproof. No free drinks, etc in the lobby unlike most hotels in Japan. They were great at allowing us to store a bike box for 3 weeks in between our stays. Breakfast buffet is awesome. No onsen here. "
