"We absolutely loved this hotel for our group getaway to Chicago! It was an adult couples birthday trip and we planned on seeing sports, shopping, dining. Location was excellent, walkable to the best restaurants and shopping in town. The property was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff was available and helpful. We were especially impressed by the room cleaning service throughout the trip. The rooms were spacious and in pristine condition. We highly recommend this hotel! "

"The front desk staff were friendly and had smiles on during the check in and everytime i walked pass the fromt desk. The room was cozy, and clean. There was a slight musty smell when i walked on the room, but i remedied that and i didn't smell it anymore, so that doesn't change my experience. "
