"This is our the third time staying at this hotel. We love it. We love the location because it’s right by Maggie Daley Park. This is a great park for kids and our son loves it. The hotel is beautiful. We love the full bathtub and shower combo. The beds are comfy. The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful. The staff are excellent and we are always impressed with their kindness. Thank you Fairmont Hotel for another great stay! "

"This was by far the worst InterContinental experience I have ever had. The front desk staff had a very poor attitude from the moment we arrived, and the room they assigned us was awful. Outside the window was not a city view or even an open view at all, but the rooftop HVAC/mechanical area of the neighboring building, which completely blocked everything. It felt depressing and unacceptable for a hotel of this level."

The hotel is located right in front of the river walk and walking distance to tourists attractions. Overall, a great value for the money, and I will definitely return!" "

"Originally booked the place for three nights but experienced flight delays so we did not check in the first night. Attempted to check-in the following day and front desk was not accommodating even though I paid for three nights already. It was not like they were not making money if I did not showed up that first night. Terrible policy and staff were not understanding. I rebooked because I did not want to look for another hotel in the middle of the night while it was raining. Room was small but served its purpose. Heater and TV did not work so it was cold for the nights. Contacted front desk and said they will follow-up. They did not follow-up to get it fixed. Would not recommend."
