"We've stayed at Claridge several times over the years through a few management groups. We enjoy this hotel and the neighborhood. It has a charm about it, is up-to date, and is immaculately clean. The late evening desk staff, however, conducted themselves as if they would rather be ANYWHERE but here. I asked about registering my car but that was not done. The room was for 4 people (we had 2 children) but they provided only 2 towels. We requested more and a housekeeper promptly brought us 2...
