Check in process was simple as long as you follow the email directions. We used SpotHero for parking and ended up (voluntarily) parking on the rooftop of the parking garage with our rental overlooking our vehicle. The rental has everything we needed and there was a grocery store IN THE SAME BUILDING. Location was central for everything touristy that we wanted to do. Felt safe the entire time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry unit in the apartment was very useful.

This room was spacious, comfortable, and full of needed amenities! And it was located in a very convenient part of the city, allowing walking distance (sometimes, perhaps, a bit of a walk!) to most of the places we wanted to visit. With an Aldi's on-site, and a Whole Foods/Amazon Market a block away, we had easy access to any supplies we needed. Staff were helpful and responsive to our needs as well. If we had anything to complain about, it would be that the hotel location is fairly close to major medical centers, so that we were deluged with ambulance sirens throughout much of our stay. Otherwise, it met all of our needs quite well! When we return to Chicago, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Check in can be slightly confusing however you get the hang of it quickly. It was close to many amenities, a train away or a longer walk. The loft was cleaning than most however there was still dust and some crumbs left behind. Over all we were pleased with our stay even though very pricey for 3 nights

Pros: Great location, easy walk to the ‘L’, groceries, and restaurants. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was a nice space for our family. Check-in/check-out was easy, and the lady at the Kasa desk was friendly. Cons (minor): The kitchen was missing a couple basic utensils (spatula and pizza cutter). We would stay here again!

It was really clean and beautiful! The balcony and view was just stunning and had so many amenities! I loved that there were a lot of kitchen supplies. The Google TV was great and easy to use as well. The hotel was easy to navigate as well. The staff guided us to our floor and explained everything thoroughly. I loved that the parking garage was very close and accessible and that there was an Aldi's close by as well. It made getting food and supplies for our trip easy. It was quite expensive for just a one bed and pull out couch room, so I do wish prices were a a bit cheaper for that space, but I would still stay here again.

Location was amazing- extremely central and close to everything. The room was spacious, had a great view, a kitchen and laundry. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay.
